Our customers are very important to us. We show true dedication to meeting their exact needs, and this is what keeps them returning to us for Floor Screeding work time and time again.

Underfloor heating services in Goole.

Many of our customers buy our kits to install themselves. Which is great. We’ve personally noticed that the number of e.g. plumbers willing to install ufh has increased massively compared to say a decade and a half ago. A larger number of self-builders also are no longer scared of the challenge to self-install as DIY. We at Screed Tec Uk are keen to encourage and support self-installation, and after all, we do offer as much technical information as possible plus expert and friendly advice.

Why Choose Us?

If you opt for your underfloor heating system to be installed by our experienced installers, it will prove to be a discerning choice. Our company prides itself on our long-standing experience in the field of installation, and we are confident in dealing with unforeseen difficulties that need to be worked around on site, because our engineers have fitted hundreds of our systems, into homes and businesses that have had many different applications and specifications.

Choosing Your Screed

There are a number of important factors that must be considered when choosing your screed. As a basic breakdown, these are cost, drying times, depth, speed of application. For example, traditional sand and cement screed takes roughly 4 of days* before it will accept foot traffic whereas a rapid drying liquid screed welcomes foot traffic in 24-48 hours*, however, the correlation in cost between the two screeds can be quite substantial, therefore you need to prioritise cost or drying time.
